 |  |  | School Facility Advisors can structure a schedule of costs for services to best fit your budget and
needs, from a full service consulting agreement to a time and materials agreement, which is
project or program specific. Following is a breakdown of costs for services. Our goal is to offer
our services at the most reasonable rate for your district.
- Full service agreement
- We provide assistance with all aspects of facilities issues and eligibility determination. We identify funding resources and options. We assist with all application processes. We also provide government relations with the benefit of Sacramento lobbyists, and can provide regular updates on issues. Essentially we are "on-call" to
support and assist your district.
- Limited services agreement
- We provide assistance with specific facilities' projects (new construction,
modernization, deferred maintenance, etc.). We track the application and coordinate
through all processes.
- The cost for this type of agreement could be structured as follows:
- Reduced monthly rate based upon scope of project(s).
- Up front cost per application (to be determined by nature of
program) with bulk of compensation deferred until funding is
received and determined as a percentage of funds received.
- Or, we can work with your architect to incorporate our costs into his
fee structure.
- Other projects
- We can assist with one-time projects, such as facilities and needs review, SFNA preparation, bridge financing programs, etc. Costs for these services would vary depending on the size and scope of the project. We would be happy to review your needs and quote a fee for each assignment. (There may be some additional costs for legal counsel or other fees for some of these items. These would not be included in our costs.)
